ICSAE-XII Author Guideline

Please note that authors should follow every step of the conference. For the necessary document requirements, please carefully read the following guidelines. First, authors need to submit their abstracts via the abstract management system. The committee will then evaluate, decide, and notify the authors of the eligible abstracts to be presented. The committee will also instruct authors to upload the necessary documents along with the presentation material. Second, fullpaper must be submitted via the platform for review circulation before being submitted for proceeding publication. In some cases, the committee may also ask authors to submit their full papers in .doc/.docx format.

Abstract Submission

1. Abstract Preparation:
• Abstract in English only
• Should within ICSAE scope
• File type .doc/.docx
• Must be written using ICSAE format (Download Abstract Template)

2. Abstract Submission:
• Submit the abstract via Morressier (https://www.morressier.com/call-for-abstracts/ICSAE-XII)

• Kindly enter the full names and email addresses of all authors in the system (no one should be omitted). Please note that each author may present in a maximum of two papers, regardless of authorship position.

• Please make sure all necessary form is filled out.

Required Documents Submission

Author Declaration Form attached in the LoA should be fill out, signed, and submit together with the proof of payment via https://uns.id/ICSAEXII-Publication

Fullpaper Submission

Author should submit a full paper via our manuscript management platform. Before submitting the full paper, please make sure to follow the guideline below. 

1. Fullpaper Preparation:
• Please note that any fail to follow the guideline, would impact to the rejection of your paper in the proceeding.
• Manuscripts should be original, never been published in any scientific journal, or being under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Paper should be written in clear English, we recommend to use proofreading services to avoid any grammatical or spelling error.
• Paper should follow ICSAE guideline (Author Guideline for IOP EES)
• Manuscript template can be downloaded here: (ICSAE IOP EES manuscript template)
• Manuscript should be 6-10 page length.
• Similarity of plagiarism checker no more than 25% (All section, include references).
• Reference should follow the guideline. We suggest to use Mendeley Reference Manager for citation and reference list 
• An author’s name can only present in maximum two papers regardless the position.
• Submit the paper in PDF format

2. Fullpaper Submission (*.PDF)

  • Login to Morressier.
  • Visit https://www.morressier.com/submissions/papers.
  • Click “Submit Paper” on the Paper Invitation.
  • Fill out the form carefully, ensuring that all fields are completed.
  • Please ensure that all authors’ names, email addresses, and institutional affiliations have been completely entered into the system.
  • Please note that each author may present in a maximum of two papers, regardless of authorship position
  • Cllick ‘Preview and submit’ and then ‘Submit.’
  • Please note that since the full paper has been submitted, file changes can only be made if requested by the committee. Therefore, please review your submission carefully before submitting.
